Have you ever gone to the grocery store during a crisis—any crisis?
People are grabbing canned beans like they’re gold bars, wrestling over toilet paper rolls, and stocking up on bottled water like we’re preparing for the end of the world… and somehow, someone always ends up with 47 boxes of instant noodles they don’t even like.
You came in for milk and walked out with anxiety.
That’s kind of how the world feels right now.
In times of war, unrest, and fear, many of us try to appear calm on the outside while battling storms on the inside. But the good news is—we don’t have to fake peace when we know the One who gives it freely.
“You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.”— Isaiah 26:3 (KJV)
This verse isn’t just poetic—it’s a promise.
When everything around us feels unstable, uncertain, and unsettling, we can rest in the truth that God never changes. He isn’t moved by breaking news, shifting borders, or rising fears. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Final Thought:
No matter how loud the news gets or how uncertain the days ahead may seem, we hold on to a peace that doesn't come from this world—it comes from God. He is not shaken by war, not surprised by crisis, and not limited by human fear. He has kept His people through storms before, and He will do it again. So even when our hearts feel heavy, our minds feel anxious, or our path looks unclear, we remind ourselves: God is still in control. Let us breathe deep, stand tall, and walk forward—not because we see the way, but because we trust the One who does.
